Brand Loyalty can be an important part of your decisions to buy products. We all have trusted brands that we have used for years, and it’s hard to switch to something else because we know that the specific product or brand has done us well. It’s no different with cars.

I am not a car salesmen…
I have never considered myself a car salesmen. I consider myself more of a Vehicle Account Manager.
To me, a car salesmen title indicates that selling cars is about all I do. I sell you a car, and then I hand you off to someone else, never to see you again. But that’s not the case at all. I prefer to put myself in an Vehicle Account Manager position where I am your, ‘Go To’ guy when you have questions, or you need help with your vehicle. A back and forth relationship to make sure all of your needs are covered. Not just with the vehicle you are buying from me today, but also with your service, and hopefully future vehicles.
From my previous careers, I have learned that customer care is even more important that having an amazing product. A product like Honda can almost sell itself, which makes it possible for me to be there for you in different ways. Always making sure your expectations are exceeded. This is what creates a great customer experience. And of course, if I earn your business and continue to exceed your expectations with every interaction, I can then earn future business from you, as well as your friends and family.
